COVID-RD is a platform that allows users to view validated COVID-19 case data in the country and report symptoms if they suspect they may be infected to the Ministry of Public Health (MSP).

Within the COVID-RD service, users will have access to:

Recording symptoms in a survey developed by the General Directorate of Epidemiology (DIGEPI) to help determine if testing for COVID-19 at a healthcare facility is necessary
Validating potential contact with other users who have tested positive for COVID-19
Map displaying the nearest hospitals and laboratories to your location
Access to the Aurora chatbot
Checking updates from the MSP, relevant information from the Presidency, and pandemic-related advice
